Vitrag Fabrics Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability if we suspect fraudulent activities or transactions that are in violation of the Terms. We can also cancel orders due to stock unavailability or inaccurate of product on website.
Here are the conditions that may be considered fraudulent

• Misuse of or providing wrong phone no or email id
• Providing false payment details
• Customer using invalid email and phone no
• Customer refuses to pay for an order on COD
• Customer accepting wrong order knowingly or unknowingly

You agree and understand that the production description on the website that states the weight, color, handwork details, size, design etc. are not exact values. We will try our best to provide the most accurate details accurately reproduce colors. However, there may be variations in the colour of the actual product and what is seen in the display.

These variations occur due to the dyes and many other factors. The digital photography, monitors and resolution may also play a part in how the products may appear. You agree that you are aware of such variations in the actual product compared to the visuals on the screen. A variation in the shade that you order is quite normal as garments may look different under different lights as well.

You are aware that products with sequins, beads, embroidery and other shiny embellishment have a tendency to come off during transport while delivery. They may also come off during wash or due to incorrect handling of the product. You agree and understand that Vitrag Fabrics Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered to the embellishment before or after use
